Jason has wide variety of experiences in his teen counseling and family therapy journey. He recently served as the Regional Executive Director for 3 residential treatment centers (RTCs) in Texas. These centers served girls ages 11-17 who experienced complex trauma.
Jason implemented therapeutic and programmatic changes that led to outcomes not seen before in Texas. This led to higher quality therapy and programming for the girls at the RTCs.
Jason is called upon to speak at conferences, webinars, and one-on-one consultation to share his therapeutic and programmatic approach. He is very much an abundance mentality therapist and freely shares in hopes to help others achieve the same outcomes for the teens and families they serve.
